Cunard is continuing its successful partnership with Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux, inviting guests to embark on five exclusive culinary voyages aboard Queen Anne in 2027 and 2028. Following the closure of the land-based Le Gavroche restaurant, Queen Anne is now the only place in the world where guests can experience the celebrated cuisine of this legendary restaurant. These Culinary Residencies combine exceptional dining with Cunard’s renowned Insights program, giving guests the opportunity to savor menus inspired by Le Gavroche and gain exclusive insights into the work of the two-Michelin-starred chef.

Guests can experience Michel Roux firsthand on Queen Anne’s seven-night voyages through the Norwegian Fjords, sailing round-trip from Southampton. The 2027 voyages are currently available from just €1,040 per person for an inside stateroom. As part of Cunard’s current sale, guests will also receive an enhanced onboard credit of $85 per person. This provides even more opportunities to enjoy personalized experiences on board, from exclusive dinners to rejuvenating spa treatments.

Culinary Highlights and Inspiring Insights

At the heart of each Culinary Residency is Le Gavroche at Sir Samuel’s, where guests can enjoy a specially created tasting menu inspired by the most celebrated dishes and rich heritage of the legendary London restaurant. With just 50 seats available each evening, these dinners offer a rare opportunity to experience Michel Roux’s distinctive culinary style in an intimate setting as Queen Anne sails through some of Northern Europe’s most spectacular landscapes.

Special guests on these voyages will also include twin sisters Ursula and Silvia Perberschlager, widely known as The Sisters. For more than two decades, their warm hospitality helped shape the experience at Le Gavroche. Now, they will bring a touch of that distinctive atmosphere on board.

Beyond the exclusive dinners, guests can look forward to a varied program of events featuring Michel Roux. Highlights include live cooking demonstrations, talks as part of Cunard’s Insights program, Q&A sessions, and book signings, offering fascinating insights into his career and culinary philosophy. The experience is further enhanced by an exclusive three-course gala menu served in all of Queen Anne’s main dining restaurants, along with Oysters at Carinthia, an expanded seafood offering served each evening in the elegant Carinthia Lounge.
